RAD Legal Services is a dedicated legal service providing specialist, independent legal advice. Part of the Royal Association for Deaf People, a registered charity, our aim is to promote the welfare and interests of Deaf people (by which we mean deaf people whose first or preferred language is sign language).

We provide legal advice, representation and money advice** for the following:

• Welfare Benefits**;
• Employment;
• Housing;
• Immigration;
• Consumer;
• Family and matrimonial; and
• Discrimination.

**Debt and Welfare Benefits may be referred to Money Advice in the first instance.
