Welcome
Welcome to the BSL Advice Pilot Project webpage! RAD Legal Services is very pleased to be able to offer this unique service for Deaf BSL users in England and Wales.
Before you attempt to talk to one of our caseworkers, please remember that we can only advise you on the following:
- Welfare benefits (from September 2008)
- Employment (from November 2008)
- Housing (from January 2009)
- Debt (from March 2009)
When you first start talking to our caseworkers, we will have to carry out a legal aid assessment to see whether you are eligible for funding from the government to receive legal advice.
If you are eligible, then you will be able to make an appointment to receive specialist advice. If you are not eligible, please don't worry, as we will try and refer you to a different service that meets your needs.
Caseworker not available? Leave a video message and we will get back to you. Please fill out the referral form here before leaving a video message. This will allow us to contact you to make an appointment. Click here to leave a video message.
If you have any issues or problems with your webcam or you can't see your caseworker, please let us know by emailing us.
