Tokbox and Videomail
The technology we use to deliver specialist legal advice to Deaf BSL users in England and Wales is called "Tokbox". Any conversations between clients and RLS caseworkers are on a secure connection which cannot be hacked into or observed by third parties.
The Videomail facility is also available courtesy of Tokbox, and is also on a secure connection which cannot be hacked into or observed by third parties.
This privacy statement only covers the RLS website. You should be aware of this if you use the Tokbox website. The Tokbox Privacy Policy can be found here.
