To make it easier for us to see you on your webcam, please try and do the following before talking to us:

• Make sure you have a clear background with no clutter;
• Make sure there is good lighting in the room;
• Make sure you are at the right height for the webcam; and
• Make sure that we can see your face, arms, hands and your torso.

Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000 - all our caseworkers use this webcam, which has an autofocus feature and has a very clear picture.
