Do you need advice on welfare benefits? Would you like to receive advice via email?

RAD LSC Email Advice Pilot Project

RAD is currently working with the Legal Services Commission to improve access to their Community Legal Advice Helpline for D/deaf and hard of hearing people.

We have recently set up a pilot project delivering email advice in welfare benefit matters for those eligible for Legal Aid in England and Wales.

Do you have a problem with your:

• Disability Living Allowance;
• Incapacity Benefit;
• Jobseekers Allowance;
• Income Support;
• Housing Benefit;
• Council Tax Benefit;
• Child Benefit; or
• You want to challenge a decision?

Are you happy to receive advice through email?
