Legal advice for the Deaf community

Online Advice

Please note: this project starts on 15 September 2008.

RAD is currently working with the Legal Services Commission to improve access to their Community Legal Advice Helpline for D/deaf and hard of hearing people.

We have recently set up a pilot project delivering online advice in BSL for those eligible for Legal Aid in England and Wales in the following categories:

Welfare benefits;
Employment;
Housing; and
Debt.

If you would like to receive legal advice online, please contact us so that we can do a legal aid assessment. If you are eligible for legal aid, we can provide you with legal advice.
